Elements Method executive retreats are small-group leadership immersions for directors, founders and C-level teams in Mexico. They come in two formats: open-enrollment Executive Experiences (EQUINOX, ELEMENTS AWAKENING and SOUL Discovery) and private retreats custom-designed for a leadership team.
Two ways to experience an executive retreat
Executive Experiences are open-enrollment retreats with a fixed date and venue: a leader enrolls individually and works with a small group of peers. In 2026 they are EQUINOX (one day, Mexico City), ELEMENTS AWAKENING (two and a half days at Misión del Sol, Morelos) and SOUL Discovery (one day, Mexico City).
Private executive retreats are designed for a specific leadership team: executive committee, founding partners, regional leadership. Same method, own agenda, venue chosen for the objective.
